Who is C317?

Collaborate 317 is a community of entrepreneurs, business owners, and hard workers! They continuously hosts networking opportunities like lunch and learns, happy hours, and outings. As a member, a number of amenities are immediately available like executive conference rooms, super-fast internet, business-class printers, free refreshments, an onsite receptionist, a training center, radio/podcast studio, and an event center in their Collaborate 317 workspace building.

Their Need?

Collaborate 317 came to us with an idea to utilize a large office workspace and event center just outside of Indianapolis for networking events and daily workspace needs.

After a complete renovation of their new building they needed a brand which meant a new logo, a variety of print designs (business cards, flyers, t-shirts, magnets, etc.), a website design and development with an integrated payment system and backend member portal, an elevator speech and tagline, and a complete marketing strategy to attract potential members.

They also wanted assistance with internal business operations, like ways to accept monthly membership fees and rent, class and event ideas to spark member retention, and organization with all channels of in-house communication.

How we helped:

Branding

Collaborate 317 wanted a simple logo that was professional and sleek. They did not want a lot of colors due to the nature of their business. They house a large variety of business types and wanted their brand to be able to reflect a neutral position.

We designed multiple prints for them including: membership packets, business cards, brochures, t-shirts, event flyers, banners, and window decals, just to name a few. Their brand was consistent and well-represented among all print types.

We continued our branding efforts internally with developing a company tagline and an elevator speech that all Collaborate 317 representatives can use when talking with potential members.

Web Design

The website needed to accomplish a handful of goals set by Collaborate 317. They wanted clear “call to actions” throughout the website so potential members always have an opportunity to reach out, embedded forms for lead collection, an onsite payment feature for renting out the event center and other C317 workspace extras, and a backend portal for current members.

We designed and developed a clean website that displays membership options, information about networking events hosted by C317, and accomplished all other goals outlined above.

Printing

We printed everything in our in-house print shop making the printing process fast and easy for Collaborate 317. They were even able to come in and choose their paper type, talk to our print support representative, and learn about the printing process.

Event Support

Collaborate 317 hosts networking events every week. We have designed Facebook event pages, social media paid ads, event banners and flyers. We attend the events as a C317 member and have given speeches on topics including: website design and development, business operations, and social media management.

Website Goals

Educate Potentials

The main goal of the website is to educate potential C317 members of the membership plans offered. We designed an inviting interface that’s clean and professional enabling consumers to easily navigate through the pages.

Provide Clear Call to Actions

When designing the site, we provided clear “call to actions” like phone numbers, email addresses, contact buttons, and contact forms. This enables a clear path of communication to a Collaborate 317 representative.

Collect Personal Information

We provided easy to fill online forms so Collaborate 317 could collect personal information from potential members.

Convert and Retain

Once information has been sent from the online form to a Collaborate representative, the potential member is invited to the facility where they are converted. The website has a backend only available for current members.
